StoryBooth is a vessel that records the voices which recount Montgomery’s past and present. These stories are personally told in the phone booth, recorded, and published online for others to listen and share. Sharing Montgomery’s rich and painful history is especially important today as we continue to fight for civil rights and racial justice.

Through the use of innovative data technology tools, a collective narrative picture will emerge offering a deeper understanding of our collective selves — of  memory, of “place,” and of the love, pain and hope that binds people together.
